REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At PACECULTURE, your satisfaction is our priority. Items purchased from PACECULTURE are eligible for return or exchange if returned within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product only (e.g., size change), subject to stock availability.

• If the desired size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund as per our policy.

• Exchanges can only be requested once per order.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• If the original refund fails due to any reason (e.g., closed account), the amount will be refunded to your bank account after you provide valid account details.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

• A return shipping fee of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund amount.

• This fee is applicable for all returns, unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your@email.com], along with clear photos or videos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• If you fail to cancel within the allowed time, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
